No. All four are entry level, and the training is delivered online ahead of shift one. Reliability is weighted well above a long résumé.
A phone covers the minimum, and a laptop or desktop is equally fine. You will want a steady internet connection and a quiet place to sit. Anything specific to a role is spelled out on its spec sheet before you agree to start.
Weekly hours run 15 to 30 on most roles, and the figure is adjustable after your first fortnight. Name the window you can cover and the schedule is built inside it.
Once the WhatsApp message reaches HR, the chat is usually closed inside two days and the start falls in the same week.
